 Immetje Claesdochter 1662A important and very rare whitework sampler made by Immetje Claes, 'out dertien jaer' in 1662 in Broek in Waterland. Immetje was born in 1648, right in the middle of the wealthy sampler making culture of Broek (see also Extra) . Made with silk and linen on very fine linen. Size: 14 x 37 cm incl. frame 20 x 42 cm.
