A rare South-Netherlands sampler made by Petronille Brion in 1823.
Worked with shiny silk (and some metal thread) on very fine linen in cross-, queen- and flame stitch.
In a good to very good condition. Minor flaws to the linen (two small holes, a rip and two old darnings).
